Well netball burst back on to the scene yesterday evening in Worksop in a big way.
Our first juniors session since mid December saw 13 youngsters getting back into the swing of things. After a quick warm up we went straight into playing full court games. Everyone worked hard and enjoyed being back with the friends and team mates. We had a couple of new comers too. Training will go ahead on Easter Monday from 6pm to 7pm at Manton Sports Club in Worksop. No time for munching on Easter eggs though as we are starting a programme working on our basic core skills. The seniors also burst on to the scene yesterday evening too. Anyone would think there’d been no netball for four months. The was a mixture of regular and new players which was good to see. It was all a bit manic and after a warm up to get those stiff legs moving it was straight into short 5 minute games to get us back up and running.
